I used the vanilla-flavored biscuit to prepare this recipe for vanilla-flavored biscuits, because I hadn't prepared them for a long time and I missed the taste of my childhood.
My mother made them with homemade yogurt, or whipped milk, and they came out so tender they melted instantly.
He also added a drop of vinegar and they even kept tender for a long time.
I didn't add vinegar, but I did add a little baking soda.
They came out very good, even if my utensil made them a bit flat, because it has a very thin hole.

RECIPE PREPARATION Dessert spirit biscuits, with vanilla flavor:

Put in the bowl of a mixer: lard, eggs, caster and vanilla sugar, yogurt and essence and mix them until the composition is homogeneous. Sift a little flour together with the baking soda and add the mixture over the composition of the bowl. Continue mixing, using the dough arm and gradually add the rest of the flour. We add enough flour to make a firm, non-sticky dough. The amount of flour may differ depending on the ingredients used. Remove the vanilla-flavored biscuit dough from the bowl, wrap it in cling film and refrigerate for an hour. After this interval, we assemble the special shape for biscuits sprinkled on the meat grinder. Turn the oven to 180 degrees. Put the dough in the vat of the machine, start the machine and break the strips of dough 7-8 cm long. Place the strips in the tray lined with baking paper, at a distance of about 1 cm. Put the tray in the oven for 10-12 minutes, at 180 degrees, or until the cracked biscuits start to brown slightly on the edges. Then let the sprinkled biscuits cool and powder them with vanilla sugar. We keep them in metal boxes with lids, or in cardboard boxes with lids, even for two weeks. May it be useful to you!
