Step 4: Prepare the apples.

Fruits should be cut either into strips, or in small squares, or grated on a coarse grater. In the latter case, juice should be squeezed out, otherwise the pies will turn out to be liquid and, in the end, may creep out.

Step 5: Combine all the ingredients for the filling.

Add raisins, sugar to the chopped apples and mix well. You can give the filling a little insistence so that the sugar dissolves a little. If desired, you can add vanilla sugar or vanillin, and instead of raisins, use banana sliced ​​in small pieces.

Step 6: We will form pies with sweet filling.

Cut the dough into palm-sized pieces, roll them thinly with a rolling pin on a flat surface. Cut the circles with a dough or glass cutter.
