Cooking Citrus Chips:

Step 3: preparation for drying.Take a baking sheet and cover it with parchment paper. Next, put on a baking sheet citrus fruits cut into thin "circles" in one layer.
Step 4: dry the citrus fruits.Place a Citrus Baking Tray previously warmed up to 90 - 100 degrees oven. Drying time is four o'clock. Every hour you should turn the position of the pan, as the oven warms up unevenly and not all fruits will be dried equally. At the end of the drying time (four hours), carefully separate the citrus fruits from parchment paper, they should not be removed. Then put the homemade citrus chips in the oven again, but already off. After the oven has cooled completely, dried fruit can be removed from it. Citrus Chips Ready!
Step 5: Serve Citrus Chips.After the citrus chips have cooled, place them in a sealed container. If you have dried them well, they will be stored for a very long time. But still to eat them is fresh. Decorate salads, stew meat with them, chopped, mix with various spices or put in tea. If you have them stored for a long time (for example, a year), then it is better to use them as a different decor. Enjoy your meal!
