Meanwhile, place the baked dough in the preheated oven, approx. 20 minutes at 180 degrees. I mention that the dough is already put on the baking sheet, so it will be much simpler. Before it is baked, it is pricked with a fork on its entire surface.

Now it's the turn of the filling, in the above mixture, add the eggs, yogurt, grated cheese, mix gently until all the ingredients are incorporated, finally season with salt and pepper.

After the tart has taken on a gold color, take it out of the oven, put the filling on top, sprinkle with grated cheese, then bake for approx. 20 minutes at 180 degrees, ie medium heat.

The tart is enjoyed hot, but also cold.
