In a bowl sift the flour, mix with salt and grated Parmesan cheese through a small grater, make a hole, add the yeast dissolved with the sugar and about 100 ml of warm water, cover and leave to rise for 10 minutes.

Add the chopped leurda, pepper, oil and start kneading, gradually adding warm water.

Cover with a towel and leave to dry until it doubles in volume.

Place them in a tray lined with baking paper, cover and leave to rise for 30 minutes until they double in volume.
