Steaming Duck Ingredients

Step 1: prepare the basil.Rinse the basil under running water. Dry with a kitchen towel. We cut it with a knife on a cutting board very finely.
Step 2: marinate the duck breast.We cut the breast with a knife on a cutting board into portioned pieces (about 2-3 pieces). Put the breast in a bowl, rub with mustard, sprinkle with pepper and basil and leave for 30 minutes at room temperature.
