Step 1: prepare the eggs.

Step 3: prepare the onion.

And now we need a stove and a frying pan. First, grind the peeled onion on a cutting board with a knife. Cut the ingredient into small squares and spread in a pan with vegetable oil. Constantly stirring with a wooden spatula, fry the chopped vegetable until golden brown. And now on the same cutting board we place a paper towel and put fried onions on it so that excess oil leaves it. After we transfer the component to the plate.

Step 8: prepare the apple.

We wash the apple under running water and cut it with a knife on a cutting board into four pieces. Remove the core and tail from the ingredient. And now, using a coarse grater, grind every apple slice. We shift it to a plate. Who does not like the apple peel, you can cut it. So the ingredient will even add more tenderness to the salad.

Step 9: prepare the olives.

We are almost done preparing all the ingredients. Now a little more effort and our salad masterpiece will be ready! So, open the jar with olives, pour out the liquid from it and put the ingredient in the blender. Grind everything on 2 or 3 mode. Olives should turn out like fine chips, but not like gruel! With a teaspoon, spread the mixture in portions on the edges of the salad bowl and with our hands form fins and tail similar in appearance. The mass should be quite thick, so the last fin, which is near the abdomen on top of the last layer, is formed on a cutting board. Then, with a spoon, carefully shift the fin to its place of honor, pressing lightly on the sides with your fingers. Sprinkle it all with chopped olives.
