Cooking Amur dumplings:

Step 1: Cooking Dumplings.

Step 2: Making dumplings sauce.

Then we cut it into small pieces and fry in a hot pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. It is not necessary to cook it completely, it is desirable that it is fried on the outside, and remained raw inside. To do this, fry it over high heat just a few minutesstirring occasionally to make it cook evenly. In the meantime, peel the onions and carrots and wash the vegetables well in water. At the very end of the frying, add tomato paste to the liver, salt and pepper to taste, mix the ingredients well and remove the pan from the heat. We spread the liver on dumplings in pots. Knead it until it becomes homogeneous and stops sticking to your hands. Next, share the resulting dough into 4 equal parts.

Step 4: Cooking Amur dumplings.

It is very important to spread all the ingredients in the pot exactly in the sequence that is indicated in the recipe and do not mix the layers. When the dough is ready, fill the contents of the pots with hot broth, which we have left from cooking dumplings. If necessary, it needs to be heated. Preheat the oven to a temperature 180 degrees and send the pots to the roasting pan for 20 minutes. During this time, the dough on the pot should bake well and acquire a golden crust.

Step 5: Serve the Amur dumplings.

Remove the pots from the oven. Be extremely careful at this point, as they will be very hot. Peel the garlic clove and rinse, cut in half. Next, we rub the surface of the dough with its slice so as not to violate its integrity. To do this, you do not have to press, but easily carry out the surface of the clove according to the test. Directly in a closed and hot form we serve pots with a dish on the table. In this case, it is necessary to attach sour cream as a sauce, as well as a spoon.
