Making melon martini:

Step 1: prepare the melon.

At the rate of one and a half to two ice cubes per glass, we throw ice into a blender. Then pour the measured amount of alcohol and add sugar. Pour vodka at the rate of 40 g per glass, a little more liquor - 50 g. in the original recipe, both vodka and liquor should be melon. I have never met such people, so you can use ordinary liquor and vodka. But I highly recommend using creamy liquor in this case. When work with alcohol is finished, it's time to add melon. The number of melon pieces is regulated only by the capacity of the blender bowl. We fill in. Pour sugar and whisk! Beat at a maximum speed of 10-15 seconds. Many will think that it is possible to contain melons and more by whisking the mixture with ice first, and then adding the melon. Only in this case, when you beat again - crush the ice too much. And he must be felt. Therefore, this option does not suit us.

Step 3: serve the melon martini!
