Add ground dried oregano and ground black pepper and, if necessary, put salt. But with the last ingredient, be extremely careful, since Halloumi cheese itself is quite salty. Pour the finished dressing into a bowl of salad. And mix the salad thoroughly with a wooden kitchen spatula. Let the salad soak in the dressing 5 - 7 minutes, then lay on a large flat plate and taste forwards.
