Put pepper on top of cucumbers. Put the cherry tomatoes on a cutting board, cut off the place on which the stalk was attached, and cut into 2 halves or 3 to 4 parts. Slicing tomatoes is not important, you can cut them, as it suits you, it can be rings, half rings, cubes or slices. Place tomatoes on top of salad pepper. Open the jar of olives with a canned wrench, drain the marinade from the olives and lay on top of the tomatoes. Pillow of vegetables is ready.

Step 2: fry the cheese.

Do not remove the pan from the stove. Just screw the plate to the smallest level. Squeeze the garlic directly through the garlic press into the still hot olive oil in which the cheese was fried. Fry it until golden brown for 2 - 3 minutes and remove the pan from the stove. Add garlic juice from half a lemon. Just squeeze the lemon directly into the pan with your hand. Add ground dried oregano and ground black pepper and, if necessary, put salt. But with the last ingredient, be extremely careful, since Halloumi cheese itself is quite salty. Pour the finished dressing into a bowl of salad. And mix the salad thoroughly with a wooden kitchen spatula. Let the salad soak in the dressing 5 - 7 minutes, then lay on a large flat plate and taste forwards.

Step 4: serve the salad with fried halloumi.
