Step 4: prepare the dough.

Pour into a bowl with whipped yolks 2 teaspoons melted butter. Beat everything with a whisk until smooth. Then, continuing to beat the egg-cream mixture, we introduce flour with a tablespoon into the container (the approximate number of spoons - 6 pieces with a slide) Beat everything until flour lumps disappear. And only after that add whipped proteins to the mixture. Again, whisk everything with a whisk. Attention: who uses the mixer, then you can use the special nozzle for the test. Thanks to this, the dish will be more tender, and the dough is softer and more elastic. And in the end, pour the remaining 2 tablespoons flour. Again, mix everything well with a whisk and leave the dough for a few minutes to stand aside.

Step 5: the first step in the preparation of honey glomeruli.

We spread the dough on the prepared kitchen table, powdered with flour. We knead the test product with our hands until it stops sticking to our hands and becomes quite plastic. Then, with your hands or a knife, divide the dough into small pieces. From each test piece with our hands we form thin “sausages”, with a diameter of 0.5-1 centimeter and a length of not more than 12-15 centimeters. After that, take each "sausage" in turn and wrap it around the raisins in such a way that we get the appearance of a glomerulus, well, or at least something similar to it. Put the finished glomerulus aside on a clean kitchen table and proceed to form a dish with the next “sausage” and raisins. Attention: By the way, the highlight is quite large in size (this is if you purchased that particular variety of dried fruits). If the dry grapes are small in size, then you can even take 2-3 things and hold them together.

Step 6: prepare the syrup.

Pour purified water into the pan and put on a big fire. When the water boils, turn off the burner and pour sugar into the container. Mix everything with a tablespoon until the sugar crystals are completely dissolved. After that, put the honey in a pan and put the container on the burner again, but on medium heat. From time to time, mix everything well with a spoon. When the mixture boils, make a small fire and cook the sweet mixture until the honey is completely dissolved.

Step 7: the second stage of the preparation of honey glomeruli.

Using a tablespoon or slotted spoon, spread the test balls in a sweet boiling syrup. Cover the dish and cook over low heat for 50-60 minutes. Attention: the container does not need to be tightly covered with a lid. Be sure to leave a small hole so that liquid can evaporate a little through it.

Step 8: serve the honey balls.

After the allotted time for cooking, turn off the burner and get the balls using the same slotted spoon. Over this period of time, the dough is saturated with sweet syrup and will give a pleasant intoxicating honey aroma. Our dish should cool down a bit, and for this we transfer them to a cutting board or a baking sheet moistened with ordinary water. Before serving, transfer the honey balls to the serving dish. But just be sure to offer friends and relatives hot tea or coffee, as the dish is very sweet. Good appetite!
