Cooking a pie with peaches and cottage cheese:

Step 1: prepare the basis.

And evenly distribute it throughout the bottom and walls of the form. The height of the sides of the base should be at least 5 centimeters. Then we remove the form with the dough in the refrigerator on 30 minutes.

Step 2: prepare the filling.

Break the washed eggs into a deep plate or bowl, add sugar, starch and beat the mass with a whisk until smooth. Then add the cottage cheese, sour cream and beat everything with a mixer until a homogeneous creamy consistency.

Step 3: make a cake.

We wash peaches under running water and dry them with paper kitchen towels. Then we shift the fruit to a cutting board and use a knife to cut it in half, removing a stone from the middle, throw it out. Now, if desired, you can peel the peel and cut the flesh into slices of arbitrary thickness. Next, we take out a mold with a test base from the refrigerator, pour our cream filling into it and arrange the peach slices in any order.

Step 4: bake the cake.
