Ingredients for making Siberian salad

Preparation of Siberian salad:

Step 1: Prepare Chicken Meat

We wash the chicken fillet under running water and transfer it to a cutting board. Using a knife, we cut off cartilage, fat and possible bones. Then put the fillet in a piece in a pan and fill it with cold water so that the liquid completely covers the ingredient. After boiling water, remove the foam formed by cooking meat with a slotted spoon. Salt the chicken broth a little and mix everything well with a tablespoon. Cook the chicken for 25-35 minutes on fire less than average. Then turn off the burner and take out the chicken ingredient with a fork. Transfer the fillet to a cutting board and use a knife to chop the chicken into small pieces. We shift the chopped meat into a free bowl.

Step 2: prepare the crab sticks.

Since crab sticks are sold in supermarkets mainly in frozen form, therefore, before processing them, we take the product out of the refrigerator and transfer it to a free plate. Allow our ingredient to defrost on its own to room temperature. Attention: In no case do we defrost seafood with a microwave or under running hot water, otherwise the crab meat may simply lose its taste and soften. After that, remove the protective plastic film from each crab stick with our hands and transfer the component to the cutting board. Using a knife, we chop the sticks first, along two or three strips, and then across into small pieces and transfer them to a container for chopped chicken meat.

Step 3: prepare the cheese.

Using a medium grater, grate hard cheese on the chips and transfer to a bowl with chicken meat and crab sticks. Attention: Use only hard cheese to make the salad.

Step 4: prepare the olives.

Having opened the lid from the can with the canned olives, we pour the liquid into the sink, and put the fruits with a tablespoon on a cutting board. Using a knife, we cut our ingredient into circles, and then transfer them into a container for other ground components. To prepare our salad, it is best to use medium-sized olives and necessarily seedless.

Step 5: prepare the lemon juice.

We wash the lemon under running water and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, we cut citrus into two parts and, using a manual juicer, squeeze lemon juice from each part of the ingredient. Then, using a tablespoon, add freshly prepared juice to our ingredients in a container.

Step 6: prepare the garlic.

We shift the garlic cloves onto a cutting board and, having pressed on them with the handle of a knife, remove the husk from our ingredient. Then, using the same sharp object or garlic, grind the cloves of garlic and transfer to a bowl to all the ingredients.

Step 7: prepare the parsley.

Parsley is washed under running water. Then put our ingredient on a paper towel and get it wet from the water. Using a knife, finely chop the parsley and transfer to a container with all the other ingredients of the dish.

Step 8: prepare the Siberian salad.

To prepare our Siberian salad, it remains to add black crackers to the bowl of all the crushed ingredients. Using a tablespoon, mix our ingredients well and add mayonnaise to the same container. Once again, mix well until a homogeneous mass is formed. Before serving the salad, set it aside for 30-40 minutes so that the crackers become soft, and all of our ingredients are well saturated with mayonnaise.

Step 9: serve the Siberian salad.

After the Siberian salad has been infused, transfer it with a tablespoon to a deep dish or to a salad bowl. Top lettuce can be decorated with whole olives and parsley leaves, and lay salad leaves on the sides for a more beautiful appetizing look. Good appetite!

Recipe Tips:

- - Keep the remaining salad in the refrigerator, wrapping the bowl with plastic wrap or covering it tightly with a lid.

- - In addition to the listed ingredients, you can add fried and chopped mushrooms to the salad, as well as canned green peas and corn.

- - Chicken meat can also be replaced with beef or pork, the main thing is that it be boiled, because in this way our salad is more tender.
