Cooking potato pizza with tomatoes:

Step 1: prepare the sauce.

First you need to prepare the vegetables. To do this, peel the onions and garlic from the husks, rinse under running water and put on a cutting board. Using a knife, finely chop the onion up to 7 millimeters and transfer it to a plate or other container. After the garlic, cut into very small pieces up to 5 millimeters in size and remove to the onion. We wash the tomatoes under running water, then wipe them with paper kitchen towels and lay them on a cutting board. With a knife, we cut off the place to which the fruit was attached to the plant. And grind into large slices up to 3 - 4 centimeters. Next, turn on the temperature of the plate to an average level. In the enameled pan, add the required amount of vegetable oil and put on the burner. After the oil is warmed up, throw the chopped onion and garlic into the container. Fry them for 2 - 3 minutes until transparent, stirring with a kitchen spatula. Then add sugar, Italian dry spices, salt and black pepper. After everything, mix thoroughly with a spatula until smooth. We transfer tomato paste and balsamic vinegar to the pan. Mix all the ingredients again and cook for 5 minutes. And then we drop the slices of tomatoes and bay leaf into the pan. Bring the sauce to a boil and reduce the temperature. Stew the sauce for about 50 - 60 minutes, occasionally stirring it with a spatula. During this time, he should acquire a thick consistency.

Step 2: prepare the potatoes.

In the meantime, prepare our sauce, boil the potatoes. We rinse root vegetables under running water and remove the peel with a special knife for peeling vegetables or with an ordinary knife. Then we put them on a cutting board and cut into several parts. Next, turn on the second burner at high temperature. Pour water into the pan, salt and transfer the potato wedges into a container with cold salted water. Then put the pan on the stove and bring the liquid to a boil. After the water has begun to boil, we reduce the temperature of the stove, close the pan with a lid and cook the potatoes about 20-30 minutes until ready.

Step 3: form the potato base.

Drain the water from the pot and potatoes and use the pusher to knead the root crop to a puree state. Next, we wash the eggs under running water from various contaminants. Break the shell and pour the liquid into a small plate. Using a whisk, beat the eggs until smooth. Add the flour in mashed potatoes, beaten eggs and knead the dough in a bowl with your hands.

Step 4: bake a potato base.

Lubricate the round shape with vegetable oil and shift the potato dough into it. Hands distribute the dough along the bottom of the container, giving it the shape of a future foundation. Next, preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. With a fork, we make several holes at the base and remove the bake, literally on 10 minutes until a golden crust forms on the surface. We take out the rosy potato dough from the oven and you can begin to add the toppings to our pizza.

Step 5: form the pizza.

Ready tomato sauce grease the base of pizza. Then grind the cheese. If you use hard, then it is better to grate, if soft cheese, then simply cut into pieces of arbitrary shape. We put the cheese on a tomato base in a chaotic manner.

Step 6: bake pizza.

In a hot oven, remove the formed pizza for 5 - 7 minutes to bake. During this time, the cheese has time to melt, and the potato dough is finally cooked. We take out the prepared pizza from the oven and can be served at the table.
