Making pear salad with arugula:

Step 1: prepare the arugula.

The first step is to thoroughly rinse the leaves of arugula under running warm water. After that, shake off excess liquid and put in a free plate. We cut the pear with a knife into two halves along the fruit and after - cut the tail and remove the core from each half. And now we cut each part of the pear into thin slices, which we transfer to a clean plate. Just like arugula, we wrap a container of fruit with cling film and put it in the refrigerator to cool for a while. Attention: as for the peel of the ingredient - the skin can be cut off or left as it is already a matter of taste.
