Cooking green beans with cheese:

Step 1: Prepare Green Beans.

We take 400 grams of green beans, put it in a colander and rinse thoroughly under cold running water from any kind of contamination. We leave the beans in a colander so that excess liquid drains. After we transfer the beans to a cutting board, with the help of a kitchen knife for vegetables, cut the stalk from each pod and remove the hard vein. Then we chop the beans, depending on the desire, it can be pieces up to 5 - 7 centimeters long or if the dish is cooked in a large pan then the beans can be cut not at all. We shift the prepared green beans into a deep bowl.

Step 2: Cook the green beans.

Now turn on the stove to a strong level and put on it a deep pan, half full with ordinary running water. We bring the liquid to a boil, add salt to taste to it, reduce the temperature of the plate to an average level and carefully lower the prepared beans into boiling water. Cook beans 8 to 10 minutes. After using a kitchen towel, remove the pan from the stove and drop the beans into a colander. We leave it in this container on 10 - 12 minutes in order to glass excess water and let the beans cool slightly.

Step 3: prepare the rest of the ingredients.

While the beans are cooling, we clean the cloves of garlic from the peel and squeeze them through the garlic press into a small bowl.

We cut off the paraffin crust from the hard cheese and rub it into a deep plate using a coarse grater. We also put mayonnaise, vegetable oil, salt and black pepper on the kitchen table.

Step 4: bring the dish to full readiness.

After the beans have cooled, transfer it to a deep bowl and lightly dip it with paper kitchen towels. Then turn on the stove to a strong level and put on it a pan with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. When the fat warms up, we throw the beans into it and fry them, stirring with a kitchen spatula for 1 - 2 minutes. After we add garlic to the beans, and stew them together 30 - 40 seconds.

Now we reduce the temperature of the plate to the level between the smallest and the middle, add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, a little salt, black pepper, chopped hard cheese to the pan, mix all the ingredients of the dish with a spatula until smooth, cover the container with a lid and let it stand until it melts completely dairy product. Cheese melts quickly 3 to 4 minutes, so periodically look under the lid and check our beans. After the dairy product has melted and dressed the beans in a beautiful, fragrant "fur coat", turn off the stove, lay out the finished dish in portions on plates and immediately serve to the table.

Step 5: serve green beans with cheese.

String beans and cheese are served immediately after cooking hot. Optionally, before serving, each serving of this culinary masterpiece can be sprinkled with fresh chopped parsley. This dish can be a separate dish or can serve as an excellent side dish for baked meat, boiled chicken, brisket cutlets or pork chops, it all depends on your desire. Enjoy it!
