Stuffed vegetables

Wash and clean the peppers. The mushrooms are washed, cleaned and the leg is removed. They dig out the black side inside. Peel the tomatoes and peel them inside, then add salt and let it drain. Finely chop the eggplant, mushroom legs, zucchini, carrot and onion.

Pistachios and almonds are chopped. Put the whole garlic in a pan with a little oil. Pistachios and almonds are put in the same oil. When the garlic has taken on color, remove it. Add salt, thyme and sage, then add the vegetables. Heat until they take on color and add the minced meat and half of the oil. Meanwhile, cut the remaining tomatoes into pieces and mix with the contents of the tomatoes to fill. Add to the pan after the meat is done. Add salt, pepper and knorr cube. Add a little water if needed.

Fill the vegetables, place them in a tray in which I put the other half of the amount of oil and put them in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
