Put the milk to boil, with salt, on the right heat. When it starts to boil, add the well-washed rice in cold water and turn on low heat. Stir more often so that it does not stick and do not come off the fire, because it tends to swell.
When it starts to thicken (coagulate, bind) it's time to add the sugar, the Bourbon vanilla sugar and then let it boil for about 5 minutes.
After setting on fire, pour into bowls, decorate with raisins, citrus peel, chopped pistachios and rose jam, which will give it a special aroma.
