How to make tomato juice. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalks and cut them into 2 or 4 if they are larger.
We then pass them through the special tomato shredder.
We put the resulting juice, without shells and signs, in a large pot and boil it over medium heat.
When the tomato juice starts to boil, add the sugar and salt.
Boil for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, until the tomato juice decreases and gains consistency.
We then put it in sterilized bottles and seal it.
We wrap the bottles in beds until the next day, then store them in the pantry.
