Because many times we have mashed potatoes that we don't eat anymore, but we don't even want to throw them away, we make tasty dumplings that won't stay on the plate, guaranteed!

  • 50 gr. Grated cheese
  • 50 gr. Bellows cheese

  • 100 gr. breadcrumbs or flour

RECIPE PREPARATION Mashed potato balls:

The ingredients, apart from the egg, mix very well and form spheres that we give through the egg, then through breadcrumbs or flour according to preferences.

Heat oil well in a pan and fry the balls! We can serve them next to grilled chicken or anything else we like!
