  • Amestecam dupa care punem si bucatile de carne, boabele de piper si foile de dafin pe care le adaugam rupte.
  • Condimentam cu piper macinat si punem apa fierbinte doar cat sa acoperim carnea.

Nu ne ramane decat sa acoperim cratita cu un capac si sa lasam totul la foc pana cand carnea este fiarta.Eu am lasat cratita la foc pentru aproximativ o ora dar depinde de tipul de carne folosit.Intre timp daca sosul scade prea mult se poate adauga apa fierbinte.

Incercam cu furculita sa vedem daca carnea este fiarta dupa care presaram patrunjel si tocanita in sos de ceapa se poate servi alaturi de garnitura preferata. Eu am servit tocanita cu piure de cartofi dar puteti sa o serviti cu legume sotate,o garnitura de orez sau piure de legume.Spor la treaba si pofta buna!

Sarmale in foi de varza acra sau murata rulate in stil turcesc sau sarmale traditionale rulate intr-un mod diferit de cel obisnuit.Umplutura de sarmale este cea mai des intalnita,cea cu amestec de carne tocata de porc si vita.Sau doar de porc daca aceasta nu este exagerat de grasa.

Ardei umpluti in sos de rosii

500 gr carne tocata porc (pui,curcan,vita ,la alegerea fiecaruia),
300 gr orez,
2 buc ceapa,
1/2 litru bulion,
sare, piper , 1 lingura boia,maghiran,
frunze telina,
100 ml ulei,
15-20 buc ardei grasi,
10 bucati rosii,
1 lingura piper boabe,

INGREDIENTE SOS ROSII :
300 ml bulion,
50 ml ulei,
1 lingura faina,
sare,zahar dupa gustul fiecaruia,

Ceapa o curatam , spalam si o taiem marunt.Uleiul il punem la incins si calim in el ceapa tocata pana devine sticloasa. Tragem deoparte si adaugam la ceapa calita lingura de boia.Orezul se curata si se spala in mai multe ape , si se adauga la carnea tocata impreuna cu ceapa calita. Adaugam sare, piper macinat, dupa gust si amestecam totul bine.
Ardeii ii taiem roata la capatul cu codita , scoatem samburii iar partea decupata o punem deoparte caci o vom pune dedesubt la ardei cand ii punem la fiert. Spalam ardeii sa nu ramana seminte in interior ii punem la scurs un pic ,apoi incepem sa ii umplem cu umplutura.


Ii umplem, apasam umplutura un pic cu lingurita si apoi cu coada facem o gaura in mijlocul umpluturii(se vor fierbe mai bine).Dupa ce am terminat de umplut taiem cateva rosii rondele si pe fiecere ardei vom pune capac o felie de rosie.


In oala in care urmeaza sa punem la fiert ardeii asezam bucatile de ardei ramasi de la decupat si 3-4 frunze de telina, peste asezam ardeii umpluti iar printre ei , si deasupra lor punem restul de rosii ramase taiete felii, punem cam 1 lingura rasa cu sare , 1/2 l bulion , boabe de piper ,1 lingurita maghiran si apa cat sa acopere ardeii .


Deasupra lor asezam o farfurie mica , acoperim apoi cu un capac si le dam la fiert la foc mic.
Se servesc cu sos de rosii sau smantana dupa preferinta fiecaruia.

PREPARARE SOS ROSII:
Punem uleiul la incins si adaugam lingura de faina,se amesteca pret de cateva secunde dupa care adaugam bulionul. Lasam sa dea un clocot apoi condimentam cu sare si zahar cat sa obtinem un sosulet dulceag . Uneori la acest sosulet adaug si circa 250 ml smantana si las sa dea un clocot apoi servesc ardeii umpluti impreuna cu sosuletul.
