Not having exactly what was written in the recipe in the house, I improvised a little, but it turned out better than I expected!

  • 345 gr flour with built-in baking powder
  • a quarter teaspoon of salt
  • half a teaspoon of baking soda
  • 225 gr margarine
  • 280 gr sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 120 ml of milk
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
  • 100 gr dried cranberries
  • 60 gr ground nuts

RECIPE PREPARATION Dried fruit cake:

Put flour, salt and baking soda in a separate bowl, then beat the margarine with the sugar until it becomes homogeneous and fluid, then add eggs one at a time, alternating with a tablespoon of flour (to prevent lumps). Reduce the speed of the mixer and then put the rest of the flour alternating with the milk. Finally add the walnuts, grated peel and red fruit and mix lightly with a spoon. Pour the composition in a form greased with butter and sprinkled with flour and put in the preheated oven at 180C (depending on the oven of each) for about 1 hour.

The cake will be well baked when, trying it with a knife, it will come out clean, let it cool a bit then take it out on a wire rack and let it cool completely.

  • & frac12 teaspoon cinnamon

  • & frac12 cup cranberry juice
  • For the glaze:
  • 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oranges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
  2. Grease a cake pan with coconut oil. Put it aside.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the flaxseed meal with the water and set aside.
  4. In a medium bowl add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt and mix.

Necessary ingredients:

  • 500 g flour
  • 175 g butter
  • 175 old powder
  • 250 cream cheese & # 8211 I used mascarpone
  • 3 eggs
  • 125 ml milk
  • 1 baking powder
  • 50 g hazelnuts
  • 3 cognac / rum tongues
  • grated lemon and orange peel
  • 50 g almonds
  • 100 g raisins
  • 100 g dried apricots
  • vanilla sugar for garnish & # 8211 I never powdered it again

For the dough:

-220 g (11 tablespoons) sifted wheat flour

-100 g of dried cranberries

-40-50 ml of brandy or liqueur

-1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1.Wash dried apricots and cranberries. Cut the dried apricots to the size of the cranberries. If the dried fruit is hard, pour hot water over it and let it soak for 10 minutes.

2. Transfer the dried fruit to a bowl and add the brandy. Mix well and let them syrup.

3. Mix the sugar well with the cinnamon and set aside.

4. Walnuts fit ideally with this cake. In a dry pan, fry the walnuts until crispy and brown. Cool them and then grind them not too small.

5. Transfer the nuts to a bowl and add the sugar mixture with the cinnamon. Mix well.

6. Prepare the apples. Remove the back of the apples, clean them, cut them in half and then slice them thinly.

7. Transfer to a bowl and add starch. Stir gently to keep the apple slices intact.

8. Prepare the doughl. In a deep bowl, add the eggs at room temperature and mix. Add the sugar in 2 slices. Continue to mix the eggs until the mass increases in volume and changes color. Add oil, salt, vanilla sugar, sifted flour and baking powder. Mix very well until you get a homogeneous consistency.

9. In a form measuring 22 & # 21519 cm (Use the baking form you want), line the base of the tray and its walls with baking paper. Transfer half of the dough and level well. Cover the dough with half the amount of nuts and arrange the apple slices so that they overlap slightly.

Coffee cake - fragrant, moist and soft!

We present this coffee cake to prove once again that fasting can be tasty. It is a special cake: very soft, fluffy, with a great aroma of coffee, and nuts and dried fruits complete its taste. It doesn't even seem to be fasting. The recipe is a real breakthrough for beginners in cooking and for those who are limited in time, because it is very simple, easy and economical. I also call this cake "quick delight" and you will see why.

INGREDIENT:
-250-300 gr of wheat flour

-2 teaspoons of instant coffee (or natural)

-1 teaspoon baking soda

-100 g of raisins or other dried fruits

-1 teaspoon powdered sugar

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. Dissolve the coffee in 250 ml of hot water. We need 250 ml of coffee, so if you use natural coffee, keep in mind that some will be leftovers.

2. Pour the hot coffee into a bowl and add sugar, honey and salt. Stir until the ingredients dissolve and allow to cool.

3.Crush the walnuts in a blender or cut them into small pieces with a knife.

9. Pour the dough and bake the cake for about 60-80 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C, until it passes the toothpick test.

10. Sprinkle the cake cooled with powdered sugar and serve.

An extraordinary cake with coffee - soft, fluffy and suitable for sweet. If you do not like the aroma of coffee, you can use sweet-sour and not too dense jam, such as currants or blueberries.
